Haven’t read the report yet, but don’t most CPA offers frown on incentives? I have been struggling with getting CPA right so am looking forward to reading your strategy.
I just read it and it’s so vague that I can’t understand it.
Are you setting up a ustream that just sends them to your page of CPA offers and then on to another stream somewhere else (and where do you find this stream)? Or sending them to your page of CPA offers then afterwards to your ustream that streams the video (how’s that done?)?
This might be helpful if it was actually understandable..

A lot of them do frown on incentives, but a lot also live by them, so it’s just a question of picking the right ones.
CPA is great for making money right now, but too many people put the wrong spin on it and give you the wrong impression on how to profit.
These incentive sites have been a main stay for years and will continue to be, it’s just a question of finding a way to apply it. This one works great right now…

As I feared, the report is not quite clear enough for some and I will be updating it with about double size and step by step guidelines and processes.
Your stream page should just have a screen shot in the player pointing them over to your conversion site, where you have them complete one or more offers, then you send them back to the actual stream so they can watch what they are interested in… More detail to come.

This is a great idea. I have tried to find game streams recently and in one case ended up at an offshore betting site as the only option. As a US resident I could not sign up.

Yes, I like to deliver what I promise, that is how you build a brand.
The thing is that you can scale this model up and get people to complete offers for other reasons once you have them in the system. Explaining it here would make a long talk but I will add that to my stack of reports for the future, incentivized marketing is still big busines…
Here is an example though. You tell them, how would you like a free jersey from your favorite team? Yes? Then just complete these other trial offers and when you are done, tell us what number you want on the jersey and we ship it to you…
Then you can just add more stuff to your “store” and roll on… This doesn’t just apply to sports, it applies to anything people want…

Generally speaking, if you know how to use Google well (and nearly everyone reading this knows how to use google better than 99.99999% of surfers) you can find the streams easily enough.
In fact, most of the time, the streams actually exist, completely free on the 2 suggested streaming sites.
On rare occasions, you won’t be able to find a stream and in those cases, I have successfully plugged in clickbank offers like Satellite Tv for PC, which btw, is another superb trick…
You get people to your conversion site based on a game title, show title, movie title, etc, and then have them complete that CB offer, works great, lots of easy free no competition traffic, high paying, high converting offer ;P
Wow, that was a quick response! I think I understand it a bit better now.
I did a google search for “watch (team) vs (team) online” and found several sites that are doing this and may help others see how it’s setup and works..

A Few Words Of Warning About This Method
1. Very few cpa offers exist out there that allow incentivized traffic. For the ones that do allow incentivized traffic, the payout is very low. The reason for this is the quality of incentivized traffic is very low as compared to non-incentivized traffic. On average, the conversion rates (where an email or zip submit lead), for incentivized traffic is very bad. If an advertiser is offering money to affiliates for leads that do not convert to sales, the advertiser will loose money.
2. If you do decide to go this route, ask your affiliate manager or check the offer details to see if the offer allows incentivized traffic. There is nothing worse than getting booted from a CPA provider like Neverblue or Azoogle because you were ignorent of the rules.
3. For those of you who choose to use blackhat methods and cheat the system, good luck. The CPA providers are well aware of these methods and know what to look for. Also a large number of sign-ups (leads) without resulting sales conversions is a good sign an affiliate may be cheating. You will get caught, and banned, eventually.

Thanks for your warnings.
1) Indeed, there are many that don’t like incentivized, but it remains that many do, and particularly, as you note on the low dollar zip submits because they can monetize even unmotivated prospects through co-reg and email marketing as well as other methods.
2) All networks I use clearly state whether an offer is incentivizable or not.
3) I don’t suggest anybody use black hat methods with this tactic as it’s really not needed, and as Ross states, it could get you both banned and commissions removed, which sucks
how do u actually stram the game? where do you find it? i realize they are on justin.tv, but are we just linking to those games?

Thanks mate. Cpa is definitely accessible to the UK. It’s also somewhat accessible from Thailand, they just make it harder for you to get approved to networks, but if you know how to get around that, it’s a non-issue.
I do have something new down the pipeline, a big fat cpa course with Saj P coming out in December. Sometimes I stay up at night looking at this stuff because it is so darn juicy and in some cases so underexploited it blows my mind.
As for Conquest, I have to say that it’s a great course and it will be available from time to time… If you can get in, I suggest you do as it’s complete training that you really can’t get anywhere else in this level of step by step detail…

Heh! by the way I must thank you for allowing me into Google Conquest in June. I have persistently listened to all the webinars online and the ones I could not attend due to the time difference I downloaded and have heard every one of them since June.
Out fo the 5 sites I set up, two are doing well and I am about to do another five next week. My furniture site on outdoor furniture is on the first page of google for over 46 million competing sites.

Hi Alex, great report, I live in the UK and am constantly looking for soccer streams. I have a few questions if you don’t mind addressing them
I would appreciate if you could at some point expand on getting accepted with a CPA Network as this seems to be the main obstacle for a newbie.
Also I have found that many of the streams don’t stay live for very long- how does this impact on the delivery promise?
Finally, would your traffic not eventually die off as visitore wold go straight to the source of the stream as thebecome familiar with the best streams, that is what I do?

@Kam: yes, you will see some attrition, but there is a big enough base that it’s still very worthwhile, plus if you capture name and email, you can continue marketing to them and you already know what they like… CB offers like satellite tv to pc will work well…

@Oswald: many networks will make it harder for you, but some will accept you, and then again, there are ways around the rules in that case.
@Karl: I don’t see why it would be. If you infringe copyrights it may be illegal. You have to look into it and also decide for yourself. For example, nearly half of youtube accounts infringe one copyright or another, yet the company that owns them doesn’t actively go after these, it waits for complaints and then just removes the content… I’m not a lawyer though and you should not take my legal advice as anything more than the opinion that it is…

The one thing that I need clarified on how to do is “Find a quality stream of the match in question.”
Does this mean I subscribe to one, then send the final step to that? Presumably that wouldn’t make that site very happy to have other non-subscribers with a direct link to their feed.
Or is it just sending the visitor to the subscribe site to sign up themselves, in which case it’s not “free”.
Or am I just not searching far enough and there are sites that do have the video feeds for free?

However I am slightly confused by one small aspect of the process and that is once they fill out the offer/complete the CPA (from a creative I put on my site), they are then taken to another page…one that the merchant (depending on the offer) directs them to. So the pixel fired, I made my commission….but how do I now direct them to their desired content? I can’t reveal it before they complete the offer, obviously; and once they complete the offer they are not on my site anymore…so how do I then direct them to their game on my feed?

Re the CPA material …. the last time I looked at CPA, I had the problem that as a UK citizen I could not view US-based CPA offers. I stumbled around looking for a proxy server solution to the problem, but none that I tried actually worked.
Could you suggest how I can overcome this? … or can anyone out there help?

You really put out some GREAT CONTENT, Alex! Your “Streaming CPA Profits” report is an excellent introduction to CPA marketing. I’ve seen other material on the subject and have actually just avoided it until now, because it seemed vague. Having said that, my question is similar to Debbie’s.
Regarding the quality of video available; I knew people that were attending a pre-season NBA game last night in Pittsburgh (I know … not an NBA town) and thought I’d check it out online. I “searched” the ustream site and couldn’t find it, but was able to at least find a few listings for it on justin.tv, but of the 2-3 videos I found, 1 was only a test pattern, 1 was a completely different game and the other wouldn’t open up. People were there, none-the-less chatting and through reading the chat, was given a ustream channel to find it on, but found the same thing … there was no feed to it.
You stressed “delivery of the product/content”, but how do we know we’ll be able to deliver and what happens in a circumstance like this? I suppose, the prospect still could look at it like, “at least I could still win a plasma T.V.” (or whatever the incentive was), but my concern is that it might still leave them with the impression that the whole thing was just a way to get their information. Your thoughts?
