“Bulls Eye” Profits – New Free Adwords Report

Posted by alex On November - 5 - 2009

I’ve got something pretty cool that I put together with the help of one of my top students, and Adword whizz Bryan.  I originally gave away the Streaming CPA Profits report which got some awesome feedback.  I promised I was going to be releasing more the kind of “one strategy, make money” reports, so here it is.

How would you a sure-fire strategy for setting up laser-targeted Adwords campaigns?  The kind of stuff people are doing behind the scenes to grab extremely targeted clicks and, ever-dropping bid prices and ever-increasing profits…  What’s the coolest about this is, you can almost infiltrate any reasonable niche, and if you set your Adwords campaign with this strategy you’re going to be 10 steps ahead of 99% of your competition.  Sound good?

Here’s just some of what’s revealed inside:

  • How to find the absolute “dead center” of your market where YOU can be profitable.  This is not about competition, or anything else.  It’s about finding your slice of the pie and eating it.
  • Your foundation for building your “profit house”.  This is the whole centralized reason you must have in place before you ever dream of starting an Adwords campaign.
  • How to harvest “dead center” keywords, ranking them almost scientifically, and confirming that you have indeed found that profit bulls eye.
  • A proven strategy for structuring your ad groups and running an effective ad campaign that is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to lose your shirt on.  Awesome side effects include: Explosive CTR’s (10%-15% regularly), lower bids, and higher profit margins.
  • How to launch an Adwords campaign (the stupid-easy way) and go from build phase to a running campaign in five minutes.
  • A lot more in a strategy-packed 51 page Adwords guide.
  • Included are ad database spreadsheets that will help you pump out ads lightning quick and post them to your campaigns.

Download the report now below and leave your comments, feedback and questions.  The more feedback I get the better I feel about giving away some of my best strategies for free (there will be more on the way) ;)

  1. Alex,

I’ll be the first to jump in here and give you some serious praise for what you share.

When I first came across your information about a year ago, I was blown away by the things you just give away. I’ll tell you this…

Everything I’ve put to use that you’ve given proven to be dead on and more valuable than about 99% of the crap out there that most so called “GURU’s” try to sell you.

I’ve recently opened up an affiliate program for my own product for a very unique online guitar lesson membership.

You can bet the farm I’ll be using what you’ve shared today and in the past and for only one reason… I know it will bring results!

    Thanks.

    Jerry

PS… If curiosity ever leads you to my niche, I’d be proud to talk with you. Like your subscribers, mine are very loyal and that only happens for one reason… you offer better than ever expected.

    Get with me sometime.

Oh, by the way… if you want to take down this post, I’m cool with that. I just didn’t know any other way to express how sold I am on everything you’ve shared. Thanks. jw

  13. Ollie says:

    Hey alex,
great report, really loved the 4 measures strategy.
Just been warned by google for direct linking. Do you
advise landing pages for ppc on google?

    cheers

  14. Mike Deiure says:

    Alex,
Thanks a million for this report. As always you are extremely generous in sharing your knowledge and skills.

I’ve been playing cat and mouse with Adwords and still not establishing full confidence that I know what I’m doing. The info in this report has given me much more insight on the things that scared the heck out of me such as:

what to do with the different types of matches and how they work
how many different ad groups to run
    how many keywords per group

The one part that did confuse me a little was in the campaign structuring section where you talk about phrase match and negative exact match. I could tell this was very important but also a little tricky to explain well. I think I understand it but a little more insight would be great.

Stellar report overall and yes you should charge for it. Anyone who is interested in getting involved or getting better at using adwords should read this! (and pay for it).

    Mike Deiure

  15. Hi Alex, always a pleasure to read your stuff. As you are aware I just finished my course under you and Brian with Google Conquest. If anyone is reading this comment take Alex seriously as he is one of those guys who really helps you. Don’t let anything stop you getting Alex to help you. This is an un-biased recommendation.

  16. Craig says:

    Hi Alex;

Thanks so much for that report. I also appreciate your generosity to share your valuable knowledge and experiences with public.

I read your Adwords report and have questions:
    1) Don’t you recommend to have different campaigns for different Countries as a rule?
    2) In which cases you recommend to have separate Ad-Groups for Geo and or Gender?
    3) What about “contents Network” campaigns? Do you recommend this kind of “laser targeted” keywords and Ad-Groups for that too? If not, do you have quick overview base on whatever you elaborated in this report?

    Thanks again
    best regards
    Craig

  17. Rory says:

Awesome report Alex! Dam glad to be on your list! Thank you.

  18. Hey thanks alex, as always you come up trumps. I have benefitted enormously fro the Google Conquest program and so will certainly give this the once over …

  19. Lynn Lombardi says:

Alex, thanks for the laser-precise, step-by-step guide to setting up a winning system! You have taken all the fluff and confusion out of what so many other “gurus” tote as the do-all and end-all system to Adwords success. I DO get your pm-em methodology, and it will sure help make more effective the campaigns I institute. A little scared about the $2,000 get out there, but it will force me to really put some serious thought into the initial rating system. Looking forward to your NEMP report!

    Thanks again,
    Lynn

  20. Alex, Thank you for the ebook on a great adwords system. I have been in Google Conquest from the start and if the adwords system anything like what we have been doing in Google Conquest and sure it will be really great training materials. Again thank you for you the new adwords guide.

  21. Mateusz says:

    Alex!

I’m just listening to your interview in affilorama.
You can’t imagne how much encouragement you are to me.

I’m pretty much in the same situation as you war couple years ago and I’m starting my internet marketing empire :) .

I quit my job, right now to get some day to day cash flow I do local internet marketing, and meanwhile I’m working on my first niche.

Keep up the great job, i hope I’ll be able to thank you in person one day.

  22. Neil says:

I just got done reading the report, and was very impressed with the actual content. Most free reports are worth what you pay for them (nothing), but this report was actually very insightful and useful.

You are not exaggerating when you say you could sell this report for $97 on the open market.

I am definitely looking forward to more of these reports and must admit that I am more than just a little bit curious to find out more about NEMPing….

    Cheers,

    Neil

  23. Julien says:

    Hey Alex,
it’s great reading about all you share and explain, really different from other marketers than barely share anything! I’m really wondering how i can start with your Google Conquest?! If you could email me, would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

    Julien.

  24. Celeste says:

    Hello Alex,

Thanks for your report. It cleared up some areas that were hazy for me. I know your techniques will help me in future Adwords campaigns.

I have one question: how much should our keyword bids be? I am curious, especially since we’re starting at such a large daily budget.

Thanks again for a great report with fresh ideas and a detailed strategy.

  25. alex says:

    Hey All,

Thanks for your feedback, I really appreciate it :)

Julien, I have asked DK, our personal conquest coach to contact you.

Celeste: The correct way to bid (and you have to know what you are doing here, or it will be expensive), is to start higher than you want to pay.

That will generally give you a higher CTR on your ad, which is good for your campaign quality.

Within a few days to a week, your campaign strength will be established and your bid price will go down by itself. When it does, you can reduce your bid even further and pay less while maintaining your ad position and quality score, which will help you beat the competition and maximize profits.

  26. john says:

great methods alex….i’m 100% impressed witht he bull’s eye report….now NEMP me my man NEMP me….LOL

Thanks a Million (hopefully literally soon)

  27. alex says:

    Hey John,

NEMPing is extra cool, but when you say it like that, it sounds kinda funny ya :P

  28. Nicholas says:

Am genuinely grateful for your providing this report. Printed the PDF, placed the pages in a 3 ring binder, read and studied the material, and underlined and made notations. This 3 ring binder is next to my desk for continued reference .

The recommendations and explanations of your uses of the keyword tools and other resources, as well as demonstration of your strategic thinking, were very helpful. Most illuminating was Step 4: Structuring Your Campaign.

Your ideas will save me money and generate income; thank you.

  29. Dianne says:

    Hi Alex,

I have been working with a coaching company to create PROFITABLE Adwords campaigns. I have paid them a lot of money for their help but I have not had a successful campaign yet. I like how you explain in such great detail about how to create adgroups that Google will love and that will have lower costs and a better chance at success. It makes such perfect sense than what I have been doing. I will be implementing your system into my next campaign and maybe revisiting those that were not winners. I do have a question, however. Do you recommend landing pages or direct linking? Thanks for providing all this free information. I look forward to reading the CPA report that you have.

    Dianne

  30. Jose says:

This was great content about how to do succesfull adwords campains!

thanks for sharing this report, I would love to if you teach a little bit about ads cration and most importantly landing pages!

do we have to make 1 landing page or… 1 for every adword group.. etc.

    thanks for your time!

  31. Lauren says:

    Alex,
This is great report. the Firefox tool is a real find.

I loved the phrase mateh with negative exact. I had not heard this before.

I am ready to be NEMPd.

Glad to be on your list!

  32. Roz says:

Hi Alex, I really loved your Adwords Bullseye Profits Report. I have gotten burned on Adwords and am not ready to take this route just yet, but the insight you provide, can help greatly with my organic campaigns. I am still struggling with conversions, and the profiling segment and laser targeting keywords is invaluable. I look forward to learning more about NEMPing???

    Thanks!
    Roz

  33. DougLAS says:

Great report! I love the adgroup breakdown, though I must admit, setting a $2000 per day budget scares the wits out of me. I am very much looking forward to your NEMP report.

  34. Wiwid says:

    Hi Alex,
Thank you for your ebook. It’s so simple and easy to follow. But as a newbie I have a silly question for you.
Google will only display one ads for a keyword, so it is not necessary or (prohibited?) to use similar keywords in different ads groups. In other word, goggle is not happy with duplicate keywords in a campaign. In your example, you show me two ads groups with similar keywords, except they are in phrase and exact match, and also in the negative exact match. Thanks for your explanation

  35. Hi Alex just spent teh whole day reading the PDF on ADwords BullEye and wasn’t it good. I learnt again so much and thanks a million for sharing. Claude

  36. C.J. says:

Hi Alex, I’ve been intrigued by your reports today and am very curious to hear about NEMPing. I’ll keep an eye on my inbox.

  37. Tom says:

Incredible information, Alex! You have really over-delivered…I have read many of the other “guru” reports—the really big names—and yours is above them all…

Will be putting your methodology to work ASAP!

    Thanks,

    Tom

  38. Thanks for his very simple and practical report. I am just starting out and was specifically looking for advice on how do to do csv import. Most other guides gloss over this thinking it is too basic.

Thanks again. I am going to put it into action right now.

    Krsnendu.

  39. Roger says:

Alex, I have just read your report and picked up so many usefull tips that I can implement into my PPC campaigns. It is probably the best free info I have ever received.

    Many Thanks,

    Roger.

  40. Marinas says:

    Good-day Alex,

This is thus far, the best and therefore profitable
Adwords-architecture guidance system, for 2009 and
    beyond.

And I do admire your repeated emphasis that ACTION
is a must. The action-steps in your bullseye profits
system are simple enough for a beginner to grasp, and
for the advanced to pick up and polish ongoing adwords
    campaigns.

The best things in life are always simple, and so is your
    bulls eye profits adwords report.

May I please take this to be my christmas gift?

Furthermore, you have showered us, your readers, with three
    ready-to-profit campaigns.

Alex, may your generosity be rewarded a million fold.
And I am taking action right now.
    Thank you,
    This is Pat and Marinas

  41. ELmer says:

    hi Alex,

thanks for the great report, i never on anybody’s blog and this is my first time because i think i have to, it’s killer stuff.

  42. Thanks for Adwords Bullseye Profits Report. One special thing got me thinking: exact match and separate phrase match + negative exact match. This is interesting. You said exact is cheaper. My experience so far has been, that phrase match is cheaper. If both triggers, Google prefer exact match because its more expensive. Do you have stats to back up your conlusion here? I should collect mine too, but as far as I remember right, I have opposite experience.

  43. Jay Rossi says:

    Hi Alex,

I read your report “Affiliate Payload”. I found it very intensive. I’m not a very technical person and would need to work with someone. Do you have anyone on your list that lives in Sydney, Australia? They say one should never work alone especially in the Internet Marketing world. I would love to get started asap.

    Cheers,
    Jay

  44. Roumain says:

    Hi Alex,
Have just downloaded the report and will read in conjunction with my perseverance of Affiliate Payload.
I have only just come across you via Chris Cobb and have been completely blown away by what I have learned so far.
I have also received info on Commission Payload which seems very exciting but I need to know, as funds are very tight, what is the difference between this and Affiliate Payload? I know you will be direct.
Cheers and keep up the good work.

  45. Ron says:

    Hi Alex,

Thanks for awesome report, I follow your ad group set up instruction for phrase match group with negative exact match keyword but I always receive this warning when mouse over the keyword:

“You may have included this keyword in your negative keyword list for this ad group. If your negative keywords overlap with your regular keywords, the negative keywords will block your regular keywords from showing your ad.”

    Is there anything wrong?

  46. Simon Hall says:

Hi Alex thanks for the great information. I shall certainly do my best to follow your system. Good luck and thanks once again providing good quality free content:)

  47. Terrence says:

    Hi Alex
I have been a subscriber since 07 and I am always learning a thing or two from the information you have provided so far. With Adwords BullEye, I have learn another thing about Big G. that no guru has provided to me until this day. Thanks again for another fascinating report. Now, it’s my time to take action on Big G., the shifter.

  48. Peter Nguyen says:

I’ve learned a lot more about setting up proper Adwords campaign from reading your Adwords Bulleye report than from any other Adwords book I’ve read.

You’ve laid out a pretty sound strategy to implement! I like using the Action + Root + Source + Modifier method to come up with keywords. Thanks so much!

I’d love to learn more about your “NEMP” method so please send me the report when it’s available.

  49. Thanks Alex for all the valuable information on your blog & in your reports. I am a member of Google Conquest and attach a high value to all that you put out there for us.

  50. Joni says:

    Hi Alex,
G, great Adwords campaign structuring technique. I especially enjoyed the Keyword insights BEFORE juggling with all those un-useful Keywordtool outthere. Know your GOAL first.Ideal Customer next. Then brainstorm Keywords along your Ideal Customer profile. Then rate.then go wider & deep using keywordtools & uncommon marketer sense & not what Google suggests. Only then we should go to the next step of Campaign building.

alex, what you didn´t mentioned here, however implied throughout the Report is the RELEVANCY between our INTENTIONS, Google´s Policy on User experience and the Commercial Intent implied in the Keywords-excellent. Love the Perry Marshall quote:”treat a keyword like a customer”. G, I´ve learn so much form this, going into my Adwords campaign now, to clear some stuff and oh yes, where is the NEMP Report pls forward it to asap. As your customer I say all thumbs up, not jsut for this freeliner, but your ethical approach to this IM thing (as my girlfriend would say:-)
    lol
    Joni
