Adwords Supremacy

On the verge of the new year, I’ve come to an important decision. One that will influence just about everything I do in 2007.
I’m better known for Black Hat SEO and other tactics. And I’m certainly not going to be giving up that very profitable industry. In fact I’ve got my eye on some pretty impressive Black Hat MySpace marketing tactics, but that is a story for another day.
What I’ve decided is that 2007 will be the year of Adwords Supremacy.
Affiliate Project X Experiment Part 3: Writing the Pre-Sell
So if you’ve been following my little adventures, you know that I’ve challenged myself to sell Affiliate Project X and make it work.
To do so, I had to create a bonus that would be offered to people who bought Affiliate Project X through my link.
I went way overboard and built 2 pre-sell templates as well as a squeeze page template. And a guide that explains the whole process. Yes, it’s nearly a product in itself…
Where Have You Been?
Thank you for all the emails. It’s always nice to know somebody cares
Where have I been?
Good question…
The Affiliate Project X Experiment: Part 2: Creating the Bonus
Just to situate you, in my last post I discussed Affiliate Project X and stated I would create a PPC campaign to sell the very same product using the methods in the guidebook.
It’s a hefty order but I like challenges. To catch yourself up if you missed it, read part 1.
When I left off, I had two major missions to accomplish. I needed a pre-sell powerful enough to bring the massive conversions I will need to claim my stakes in this incredibly high competition niche.
The Affiliate Project X Experiment: Part 1: Setting the Scene
On October 3rd, 2006, Chris McNeeney, super affiliate and author of Adwords Miracle dropped a bomb on the Clickbank Marketplace.
On day 3 of the product launch, this surprising product shattered the sales record for most units sold in one day.
3 days later, the product also broke the record for most consecutive days with 1000 or more sales and was on course to break the record for most sales in a week.
The name of this product, if you haven’t guessed it already is Affiliate Project X.
One thing is for certain. With the sales figures Affiliate Project X put up, it made Chris “rich” one way or another.
What really interests us though, is the following: Did Chris make his money applying the tactics revealed in Affiliate Project X? Or did Chris really cash in by selling his product on Clickbank?
People, Participation and Persuasion
I’ve done more than my share of ranting lately. There’s been a lot of heat going around the concept of the “Death of Internet Marketing”. Sometimes I feel it’s almost a duty to denounce all the hype and lies going around.
How to Take your Customers for Total Idiots
Ever since his ebook came out, I’ve had a sort of morbid fascination with the Rich Jerk. Thankfully it’s starting to wear off now but there were many interesting lessons learned along the way.
Just two short days ago, I got an email from Mister Jerk that gave me fits of nausea. I wanted to write about it then but actually fell sick and have been slow on the PC since.
It’s a glowing example of two big names selling out for couple a bucks…
